Are you emailing ideas and helping the bride research things? That's something you can do. Have you contacted the other bridesmaid to see if she needs you to do anything for the bachelorette party? Maybe you can help her with something for that? Call the bride and see if she needs anything, and just listen to her and be supportive. There is only so much you can do being so far away, but I'm sure she wants you as her MOH because she loves you and most likely doesn't expect too much since you are so far.
